When Trella arrived at her brothers house, Natalia was still throwing a tantrum. Her parents sent her to her room (that she shared with her little brother) and sat down to talk with Trella.
Trella had a small extra room in her house that would be perfect for Natalia, so she offered to have her move in for the time being. The poor girl really did need some space of her own. Tristan and Valentina very reluctantly decided since Natalia was almost done with high school, she could go live with her aunt.
When they called Natalia back out, she damn near jumped through the roof in her happiness at the news. With promises of “being a good girl”, Natalia didn’t look back as she ran out the front door.
Over the next few days Trella and Natalia went shopping to get some things for her room. Tristan had given Trella some money to take care of her, and Trella was well-off as the Regional Manager for a prestigious bank.
Natalia was on CLOUD NINE! No more crying babies around. No more parents yelling at her. And she finally had her own room!
One day Natalia approached Trella with excitement bubbling under the surface. She blurted out breathlessly…
Natalia: Hey Auntie, I was wondering if I could dye my hair. I know you’re going to say no! Mom would say no! But I have straight A’s and I’m almost an adult and some girls at school are allowed to and I just really want to do something different for once!
Trella: Nat! Your mom would feed me to a cowplant or sneak pufferfish nigiri in my food!
Natalia: Pleeeeease!
And that was the day Natalia was allowed to dye her hair. Of course, she matched her Aunts hair because she absolutely idolized her.
Since she’s in such a good mood lately, let’s follow her to school for a day and see how that goes.
Ooooh look at that! Natalia has a love interest?? She never told her parents about any boys!
And that’s it for this chapter. But I’ll let you in on a little secret! The real reason I had Natalia move in with Trella? At some point I knew I would stop following Tristan and only planned on following Trella. But I grew very fond of Natalia. Sooooo I used her strained relationship with her parents and a little help from MCCC to allow a teen to move out. Boom. Now I have my favorite players under one roof. 😉
Now if only we could get Alec to respond to Trella’s flirtatious advances!
