This was my VERY FIRST Sims 4 house built from scratch! Inspired by blueprints from a real Palm Springs home in California. The exterior gives a mid-century vibe and the interior is classy and clean.

Built on the Arid Ridge lot in Oasis Springs, a gated entrance leads into a private covered courtyard. The front door opens into a spacious living room where you’re greeted by classy black and gold furnishings. The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows, an oversized fireplace, and a blackout-wall for optimal movie watching. A divider keeps the dining area feeling cozy and an archway leads into the industrial kitchen; a chef’s dream!
Down the side hallway you’ll find a bathroom and 2 rooms. I furnished one as the bedroom for 2 children and the other as a playroom/activity room with all the fun your kids could imagine. There is a utility closet/laundry room as well.
Through the central hallway you reach the immaculately designed study/office (which could be used as an extra bedroom if you want). Through double doors, you enter the master bedroom. A curved wall of windows steals the spotlight and a fireplace keeps it cozy. The master bathroom features an open-air shower, a spa tub, double sinks, a separate toilet room, and a large walk-in closet with a vanity.
Take the stairs up to the loft, a room that was added onto the original house at a later time. Stunning slanted windows give you a birds-eye view of the beautiful backyard.
Speaking of the backyard… imagine your kids splashing in the uniquely shaped pool while you relax with a drink under the cozy cabana and your man grills dinner for the family. Later enjoy a soak in the intimate hot tub corner.
Lastly, framed by fancy pillars, there is a detached garage that has been converted into a photo studio, with its own full bathroom. If photography isn’t your hobby, this space could be used for just about anything.
