Ladies and gentlemen, introducing my biggest and grandest Sims 4 build yet! I can’t believe how perfectly this came together! This was a special request from a fellow Simmer and when I saw their reference photos I KNEW I had to give it a shot! They wanted something that felt glamorous and luxurious with lots of light. They also specifically wanted tones of pink throughout the whole house for a dreamy vibe. Hence the name Chateau de la Rose.

Wrought iron details against crisp white stucco give this exterior a dramatic appeal while the mansard roof adds classic refinement. From the sidewalk you can access a garbage shed and gatehouse. If you get access from the gatehouse, you can enter the golden gates into the roundabout driveway with a central fountain. Pillar-lined halls on either side offer entrances to different wings of the house, and the main entrance greats you beneath a regal balcony.
The central sitting room is a breath-taking space sparkling with light from the 2-story high ceiling and crystal chandeliers above. Have a seat in the couches with beautiful views of the pool or stay cozy by the fireplace while sipping a drink from the bar.
There is a large laundry room, a formal dining room, and a kitchen with a walk-in pantry. Outside of the kitchen back door is the gardening room with open windows into the STUNNING 3-story conservatory that’s filled with exotic tropical plants. Nearby is a large gardening plot.
The butler quarters have a separate entrance and are connected to the gatehouse/security room. This wing is complete with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
Still on the first floor is a quiet library room with a high ceiling and grand windows. There is a large playroom for the kids, as well as a bathroom and utility room in the hallway.
If you’re ready for a workout, there’s a separate entrance for the gym, sauna, and yoga room. The yoga room is a fancy octagon with large windows and vaulted ceilings, a peaceful space to get your zen on. For convenience, there are bathrooms with lockers and showers.
Heading down you have an underground arcade for the teens, a theater room, and a safe room.
Heading up the stairs you walk onto a spacious balcony that circles around the entire entrance and living room below, with a stoic, stonework chimney running up the center of the space.
The elegant master suite has a huge walk-in closet and makeup room, a fireplace, and a private balcony overlooking the conservatory. The bathroom features unique his-and-hers sinks in the middle of the room and an elevated shower and tub area.
On the other end are 3 kids rooms each with their own bathrooms (furnished for a boy, a girl, and unisex nursery). Two of the rooms have access to a private balcony overlooking the playground below.
Out to the back yard is a grand pool WITH stairs and a jacuzzi sitting among finely tended rose bushes. The cabana was built into existing boulders on the property and the elevated space feels fancy yet inviting. The cabana features a pretty skylight, a bathroom, a bar and BBQ, firepit, and dining area; the perfect space for entertaining. Down a pretty pathway, the kids playground is fully enclosed so your little ones can romp around safely.
Finally, if you look for it, you might find the secret garden where snails, fireflies, and sprites reside. Mushrooms grow in the overgrown foliage and statues look over the magical pond.
This Sims mansion is dripping in elegance with architectural details fit for royalty.
