A while back I figured out how to use the Sims 4 terrain tools for sunken garages. I wanted to take it even further and design a true split-level house. I’m so proud of this one!

From the front yard you see a beautifully landscaped walkway to the front door and a driveway leading down to a sunken garage. To the side, there is a gated walkway that leads to a gardening shed and the backyard. In the backyard your eyes are instantly drawn to the jacuzzi that sits above a natural rock fountain that pours peacefully into the pool. Make drinks in the cabana, chill on the upper deck, watch the kids in the playground, or relax in the sunken zen garden!
Inside, on the lower level is the kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a chic living room, a spacious gym, and a garage ready for tinkering. Upstairs are 3 kids rooms (left bare for you to decorate for your own family) and a master suite. The master has a walk-in closet and pretty bathroom. There’s also a laundry room and an office nook. This Sims house is fully furnished and decorated.
