This Sims 4 build was a challenge to myself to use brown accents instead of my typical white. The windows, exterior trims, railings, and furnishings are all shades of brown. This 3-story house on a smaller lot feels like a cozy little townhouse!

The exterior of this home features lovely contrasting brickwork, sage green siding, and chestnut brown trim. You walk into a foyer that has plenty of space for your family to leave shoes and belongings as they come and go. The pretty living room has a fireplace and comfy space for your family to hang out together. There is a back room set up to be the craft room or skills room. The kitchen is very classy with the stove set in the island and a dining area. There is a half bath on this level. The yard is small but very cozy. Upstairs on the 2nd floor are two bedrooms left bare for you to furnish for your specific family. Each room has access to a relaxing balcony. There is a nice bathroom with double sinks. Up on the 3rd floor is the gorgeous study/office area and the lovely master suite and bathroom. The master also has a private balcony with beautiful views.
