When I started building on this lot in Newcrest, I wanted to match the style of the nearby houses. The outcome is one of my most manicured and put-together builds yet! These photos are of the furnished version, but I also shared a MINIMALLY FURNISHED / BASE GAME version on the gallery! I did this to make it available for everybody because I put so much work and love into it.

Lot Size: 40×20
Beds/Baths: 5/4.5

Gallery Title (BaseGame, Light Furnishings): Sandy Run Colonial *BG
Gallery Title (Unlimited Packs, Fully Furnished): Sandy Run Colonial 2.0
Pillars surround the wrap-around patio, giving this home a classic colonial vibe. The entryway has a grand double staircase with 2 archways leading to the kitchen and living spaces. Tones of blue give the first level of this house a charming, almost-country feel. The kitchen is spacious with a walk-in pantry, informal dining corner, and coffee/tea nook. The formal dining room is dominated by the raw, brick walls and a nautical theme. Enter the cozy living room with a fireplace, desk corner, and chess table. There is also a half-bath on the first floor.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, each furnished in a distinct color of it’s own. There are 3 convenient bathrooms. On the third floor is the master suite with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. You’ll also find a gaming corner, a library/study, a tinkering station, and a storage closet. Up even further is the large mansard-rooftop terrace.
The backyard has a small shed for even more tinkering and storage, a chicken coop and pen, and space for kids to play. With lush shrubbery throughout the property, this lot really feels like a home!
