Kristin is a Sim

Pristine Sunroom Haven

I started this house as a challenge to learn roofing and I gotta say, I’m very proud of this one! I was also inspired to build an attached sunroom at the request of a fellow Simmer. This is a clean-cut and minimally furnished Sims 4 home, ready for you to decorate.

Gallery Title: Pristine Sunroom Haven

The lavishly landscaped front yard highlights the sunken garage and pebbled pathway to the front door. Upon entering, a cozy living room is situated to the right as well as a closed office where your Sim can get work done in peace. To the left you pass a bathroom and the dining area. Step down into the sleek kitchen that even has a walk-in pantry. A large slanted window gives you a view of the pretty front yard and there is an informal dining corner. Walk through the large sliding door into the sunroom! This space is full of potential. Will you use it for gardening? As a recreational room? A gym? There is a doorway leading downstairs to the garage, where your Sim can tinker away… but not on cars, because… we don’t have functional cars in this game. But how about a woodworking table!?

Let’s head upstairs and through the double doors that lead to the master suite. Your eyes are instantly drawn to the large windows that view right into the sunroom! A walk-in closet and spacious bathroom will have your Sim feeling right at home. Down the hallway you will find the laundry room, 2 bedrooms, and a vibrant bathroom.

You can get to the backyard from the sunroom or the dining room. Steps lead down to the pool and this space is just waiting for your Sims family to make memories in!
